Program participation
The program is for affiliates or referrers approved by Replayva. A referral code is an attribution label, not authentication, ownership of an account, or authority to act for Replayva. Replayva may set a different written rate for a particular affiliate; otherwise the default commission rate is 20% (2000 basis points).
Attribution
A valid referral link or manually entered referral code can create referral attribution for up to 60 days. Replayva uses the last valid referral attribution recorded before purchase creation. A valid code entered during checkout may replace an earlier valid referral cookie. Once the purchase is created, its credited affiliate and frozen rate cannot be changed through ordinary customer actions. An invalid code does not erase an otherwise valid attribution.
No automatic buyer discount
A referral code does not itself give the buyer an additional discount. Referral commission and customer promotions are separate. Any genuine customer offer is shown and confirmed through Replayva's pricing and purchase flow.
Eligible commission
Commission arises only after Replayva verifies a successful payment. It is calculated from the eligible amount actually collected after customer discounts, excluding separately represented taxes and amounts refunded, reversed, charged back, unpaid, failed, or duplicated. Calculations use integer minor currency units and deterministic rounding. Unpaid or abandoned purchase references earn no commission.
Eligibility and payment
A verified earning begins in a waiting state and becomes ready to pay after three days if no refund, reversal, or chargeback has been recorded. Replayva pays each eligible referred-sale earning individually and records the payment manually. There is no automatic payment process.
Refunds and reversals
A refund, reversal, or chargeback before commission payment cancels the related earning. If the commission was already paid, the earning is flagged for manual review without creating an automatic debt or deduction from future earnings. These accounting rules do not reduce customer refund rights or any mandatory or non-waivable legal rights.
Self-referrals and abuse
Self-referrals are prohibited. Replayva may block or flag deterministically identifiable self-referrals and may review suspicious activity. Fraudulent, misleading, spammy, abusive, impersonating, or technically manipulative promotion is prohibited. Disabling an affiliate stops future valid attribution but does not delete legitimate historical accounting records.
Marketing requirements
Affiliates must not promise guaranteed profit, trading results, evaluation success, or income; use misleading screenshots or testimonials; pretend Replayva executes live trades; describe Replayva as a broker, adviser, signal service, or guaranteed-profit product; send spam; impersonate Replayva; or make misleading discount claims. Replayva is historical market replay, simulation, practice, journaling, and analysis software.
Records, tax, changes, and contact
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax, reporting, disclosure, and legal obligations as applicable. Replayva may disable fraudulent or abusive participation while preserving legitimate accounting records and may update program terms prospectively. Questions about participation, attribution, commissions, or payment records may be sent to support@replayva.com. Mandatory and non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
