Product and acceptance
Replayva is historical market replay, practice, and analysis software for Windows. By downloading, installing, purchasing, activating, or using Replayva, a user agrees to follow these terms and the linked Privacy, Refund, and Trading & Simulation Risk policies. A customer must provide accurate purchase and support information and must have authority and legal capacity to use the software.
Demo Mode
Replayva V1.0.1 includes Demo Mode with 7 days of bundled demo market data. Seven days describes dataset coverage, not a time-limited evaluation, account-validity period, usage countdown, or licence expiry. The desktop remains in its implemented restricted Demo Mode until a valid commercial activation is completed.
Lifetime commercial licence
A Replayva V1.0.1 Lifetime Licence is a one-time COMMERCIAL entitlement with no paid subscription, recurring licence fee, or paid expiry. Subject to these terms, it permits the customer to use Replayva through the implemented activation system. The entitlement provides two permanent physical-machine slots; ordinary customer reset, recycle, deactivation, transfer, or replacement of consumed slots is not offered. It does not transfer ownership of Replayva or grant broader distribution rights.
Activation, credentials, updates, and support
Commercial use requires successful online licence verification each time Replayva starts. Internet access is required for licence verification and update checks. Once verification completes, the current session can continue if the connection drops. Customers must protect licence credentials and activation artifacts and must not publish or share them. Same-PC Windows reinstall recovery is assessed under the implemented matching and review process. The lifetime entitlement does not itself promise every future version, continuous online availability, or a particular support response time. Prices and payments
Unless a genuine temporary promotional price is shown and confirmed during purchase, the normal India price is ₹6,999 INR by manual UPI, subject to Replayva verification before licence fulfilment. Creating a purchase reference does not prove payment and customers cannot approve their own payment. Unless a genuine temporary promotional price is shown and confirmed during purchase, the normal international price is $84.99 USD as a one-time PayPal capture, not a subscription. Current payment availability is shown on the Pricing page. Customers must not send banking or PayPal passwords to Replayva.
Refunds and reversals
Replayva's Refund Policy applies to purchase refund requests: a request must be made within 3 days of purchase and is eligible only for a technical issue attributable to Replayva, subject always to non-waivable rights under applicable law. Approval and processing depend on the facts and original payment channel. A verified full refund or reversal prevents future Commercial startup authorization. Partial or pending cases are not treated as a completed full refund.
Permitted use and intellectual property
Replayva and its software, content, branding, and documentation remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. Subject to applicable law, users must not sell, sublicense, redistribute, publish credentials or activation artifacts, bypass licensing or security controls, use the service fraudulently, interfere with the service, or use Replayva or its content to violate another person's rights or the law. Nothing here restricts conduct that applicable law expressly permits and does not allow to be excluded.
Reviews and user content
Review submissions must describe a genuine experience and must not be unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or contain another person's private information. Submission does not guarantee publication. Replayva may review, reject, hide, restore, or remove content and may display approved content with the submitted display name and rating. Verified Purchase is controlled by Replayva's purchase evidence; customers cannot self-assign it. Early User is a separate designation and is not purchase verification. By submitting a review, the user permits Replayva to host and display approved content for the review service while retaining responsibility for what they submit.
Trading risk and third-party services
Replayva is a replay, practice, and analysis tool. It does not provide financial or investment advice, brokerage execution, live order routing, signals, or guaranteed trading or prop-firm results. Historical data and third-party provider availability, coverage, accuracy, rules, and services can vary or change. Users remain responsible for decisions, data permissions, third-party terms, and risk.
Availability, responsibility, and legal rights
Software and online functions may be interrupted, changed, corrected, or unavailable, and simulation or data may contain limitations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Replayva does not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect data, or a particular result, and responsibility for losses must be assessed under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The stated jurisdiction is Arunachal Pradesh, India, subject to any mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable law.
Changes and contact
Replayva may publish updated terms when the product or service changes. Changes should not retrospectively remove a lifetime entitlement already validly issued except where required by law or necessary to address misuse under applicable terms. Questions may be sent to support@replayva.com.
