Historical results are not guarantees
Historical or simulated outcomes do not guarantee future performance, profitability, evaluation success, or any other result. A strategy that appears effective in replay can perform differently in another period or in live markets, and financial loss is possible in real trading.
Simulation differs from live trading
Replayva does not route live orders. Simulated fills, slippage, liquidity, spreads, fees, latency, gaps, market impact, data, execution, and human psychology can differ materially from live conditions. Results may also be affected by settings, assumptions, incomplete data, or software limitations.
Data and availability
Historical data availability, symbols, timeframes, providers, exchanges, quality, and coverage depend on the selected source. Replayva does not guarantee that third-party or imported data is complete, uninterrupted, current, or error-free. Users should independently assess whether data is suitable for their practice or analysis.
No advice, brokerage, or signals
Replayva provides replay, practice, simulation, journaling, and analysis tools. It does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice; personalized recommendations; brokerage execution; live order routing; or trading signals. Product examples and educational content are not instructions to enter a transaction.
User responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own market, trading, evaluation, capital, risk, tax, and legal decisions, including deciding whether to seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Replayva should not be used as the sole basis for risking money.
Prop-firm and other third parties
Challenge-style profiles are practice features. Third-party prop-firm, broker, exchange, and data-provider rules or services may change and are not controlled, endorsed, affiliated with, or guaranteed by Replayva.
