Information Replayva collects
Replayva may collect a purchase or order reference, customer email, payment channel and status, product and amount details, licence and activation records, credential-delivery status, support correspondence, and security or audit metadata needed to operate and protect the service. The public activation information page does not collect machine identifiers or issue entitlements.
Purchases and payment providers
For India manual UPI requests, Replayva records the customer email and purchase reference and verifies payment separately. A reference is not payment proof. For international PayPal one-time purchases, PayPal handles the payment account and instrument; Replayva records the purchase and reconciled order, capture, refund, or reversal details needed for fulfilment and audit. Replayva does not need or store a customer's banking password, PayPal password, or full payment credentials.
Licensing, activation, and credential recovery
Replayva uses customer, purchase, licence, device-slot, activation, issuance, and audit records to fulfil and protect the lifetime commercial licence. Protected credential delivery uses a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite cookie and stored security records such as a one-way claim-token representation, protected credential material, claim state, expiry, and access history. Online credential-recovery material is available for 30 days and is then removed or made unusable; that recovery window does not expire the lifetime licence. Purchase, order, email, or licence identifiers alone do not reveal credentials.
Customer reviews
A review submission can include a 1–5 rating, display name, optional title, review text, optional private email, and optional product version. Approved review content, including the display name, rating, title, review text, date, product version, and evidence-backed badges, may be public. The optional email is private: it is used for moderation questions or purchase matching and is not published. Replayva moderates every submission. Verified Purchase is shown only after Replayva confirms qualifying purchase evidence; Early User is a separate designation and is not purchase verification.
Abuse prevention, cookies, and analytics
Replayva uses a derived daily hash based on request information to limit review-submission abuse; the review throttle does not store the raw IP address. Customer-facing operational cookies are limited to protected purchase-credential delivery or recovery where that flow is used. Short-lived Secure, HttpOnly cookies protect private administrative tools. The current site does not use advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, mailing-list tracking, or browser storage for licence credentials.
Use, disclosure, and retention
Replayva uses information to process and verify purchases, fulfil licences, support activation and recovery, moderate reviews, answer support requests, reconcile refunds or reversals, prevent abuse, secure the service, and maintain operational audits. Information may be handled by infrastructure or payment providers only as needed for those functions or disclosed when legally required. Apart from the stated 30-day online recovery window, records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purchase, lifetime entitlement, support, security, moderation, audit, dispute, or legal purpose; no unsupported fixed period is promised.
Choices, rights, security, and contact
Do not publish credentials, machine information, payment secrets, or private diagnostics. Requests about personal information or this policy may be sent to support@replayva.com. Replayva will assess access, correction, deletion, objection, or similar requests under applicable law and may need to retain records required for security, transactions, licences, disputes, or legal obligations. Material policy changes should be posted on this page, and non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.
These policies describe Replayva’s product, licensing, payment, and customer-support terms. Nothing in these policies limits any mandatory or non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
